Sir first of all describe the difficulty in breathing. Does it happen at night or throughout the day?. As lpr will not cause difficult breathing ,it will lead to sensation of lump in throat apart from that you r 5.1 in height and 82 kg wt along with grade 3 or 4 tonsils can be causing sleep apnoea. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
