I want to get rid off my negative thoughts. It's getting worse day by day and putting bad effect on my digestion. I always feel heavy. What should I do to leave this habits.

Dear Lybrate user, first of all sit alone in peaceful place. Talk to yourself, decide your priorities in your life and concentrate only on them. Try to get busy in constructive and productive work. Try to avoid spicy, oily and junk food. Add fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Do regular yoga and meditation, it will keep you healthy physically as well as mentally. Take active antacid 2 tsf whenever you feel heavy.
