I am suffering from allergic rhinitis from my childhood. I have pneumonia in my childhood. And my nose bone is also long .now I am 21 and my condition is worst. My breathing will stop and chest feel heavy and cough stay in my chest. And if I eat something heavy diet then again I suffer from breathing issues. I am using montelukast .in a week I take it I don't live without montelukast. Can someone help me? And I also treat from allopathic doctor they say immunotherapy. And I take homeopathic medicines for some months but they don't work. Now I think I go in patanjali yoggram. Is anybody tell me immunotherapy is safe or not and some any other idea to cure my disease. And ayurveda can cure this? Please reply.
