I have 4.5 years baby she got hernia surgery on march 17, now she had an infection at the site of surgery. When I consult doctor who did surgery through phone call he suggested an antibiotic amoxicillin and paracetamol syrup. Is it is sufficient or not. And is there any problem with that infection.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Once the patient is diagnosed with an infection, medical and surgical treatment may be necessary. The combination of the two would include antibiotics, intravenous antimicrobial agents, and/or surgery for mesh removal. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
