I have been suffering from headache for about a fortnight and it's also accompanied by hypotension with the readings around 65/90. The headache feels like a tight band around my forehead and I am also feeling stretch like feeling in my facial nerves around my eyes and teeth. I have taken naproxen 500 mg but it didn't provided much relief.
