Male 24 sir I have a left testicle bigger than right one. Usually its the right testicle which is bigger than left but in my case its different. And I have saggy testicles and sometimes I feel heaviness in my left testicle and it is pertinent ti mention that whenever I pull my testicle upwards with internal force of body there is a small ball like structure visible and when I release it becomes invisible. When I touch I feel no pain but its haunting me. Note (the ball like structure is soft its not hard. Its like something water ball) hope I will get a reasonable answers from the "experts"
