When I get up after sitting for 15 minutes I am having back pain. Can you please guide?

Hello lybrate user back muscles are going to stiff due to muscle weakness hence you are advised to start some back pain free exercise follow by back muscle strengthening exs under experts advice. Take short intervals like stand or walk for two -three mins, some stretching exes on chair, correct your postures while sitting or standing.
