Sir I have start morning running 14 to 15 day ago last 2 times I had same problem experience that is sudden ache start in my leg but this time never stop, only walk, no run but it not stop but again one (experience) I think, during latrine knees bentup after few second deep ache start in leg only, not full leg only about one feet from bottom and I can not walk normal upto 5-7 min. please let me solution sir am doing side plank, bent up hand and leg from pet little yoga I should run slowly or not. please let me solution thank you.

this is cramp of muscles due to less water intake required by the body. you can take rest in between. go for morning walk regularly followed by free hand exercises. take plenty of fluid and water by mouth. it will be alright.
