I am working out in gym from last 1 year, the weight increased to 69 kg but nowadays the size is getting thinner but the weight is same. I intend to increase the size, what should I do?

You are putting to much of weight/weight-lifting it seems - avoid it. Rather do take the weight you usually do with but increase the no of times of pus-ups and so.. Also do massage of your whole body with mustard oil daily - ask someone to do it for you to relax the muscles. Take proper sleep. If you follow the above recommendation I think it will relieve your symptoms. For further queries get back to me.
