I was told from my general physician that I have a high Hb of 14, which is supposed to be high when it comes to indian women (who have an avg of 12-12.5). Also my RBC count exceeded the limit to 5.5 (should read <4.8). Esinophil count also looks high - 6.2.(I suffered from eosinophilia 5 years ago and got cured with medical treatment) She asked me to visit a hematologist. Does this seem dangerous?

It is not dangerous but many times our lungs are not functioning properly and hence give rise to high rbc count
