I have ataxia from 4 -5 years. I feel very lonely when I am alone I do psychotherapy exercise but at alone time so much negative thoughts are comes. E. G. What I do? How can live better life? How I got life partner? Etc. Sometimes I feel very wrist? And past time I had one girl friend but at that time I am passed out from ataxia so she is break up with me. And married with other guy. This problem raised when I am 22 year old means before that time I am normal. So suggest me what I do? Please.
