I had an angiography done in 2015 and found 30-40% blockage. Subsequently, I have been taking tab. Ecosprin 0.75 g continuously. Cholesterol become normal and Triglyceride increased. My Dr. Advised me to discontinue cholesterol tab and instead started tab for triglyceride. In view of my earlier angiography, is it right to discontinue tab. For cholesterol and treat for triglyceride? I am little confused as I have to travel for a week outside Mumbai. Will there be any direct or indirect impact on this treatment, please advice.
