Sir, my wife is suffering from thyroid and diabetes. thyroid is diagnosed very long back but diabetes in last Feb. 23 2015 when Keton problem arise. It is controlled in Hospital and started Human Mitered 30/70. After 6-7 months again kiton developed and she admitted to hospital. After 10 days treatment Insulin Changed to Insulin R 3 times a day (10 ? 6 ? 10) with Basugine (10 Unit at Night 10 O?clock) After 1 month Huminsulin 50/50 started (20 ---- 14). One Tablet metformin SR500 mg is also taking during meal (day / Night). After Increasing Insulin up to 27 --- 20 the Problem is that still sugar not in control and ranging between 560 to 42 (some times High and some times Low (normally in early morning in sleeping) Daily I measure Glucose level and then Inject Insulin (I have chart but can?t up load here). Please suggest me what should I do.
