Hello doc. i am a 30 years old women. I would like to know about my health as had gone section from my first baby just 5 months back. M getting lot of pain on my back nearly lumbar and knees too. M in lot of depression.. please suggest me in order get rid of all these.i am working women. Really difficult to carry on my daily routine..

I understand your feelings. No need to frustrate. Pl tell me if it was lumbar anaesthesia during section? For other pains including lumbar if you have uric acid, ESR, RA , X-ray reports etc - to assess cause. For the time being pl take pure turmeric in warm milk or water. Have light massage by Ayurvedic vatnashak oil e.g. Mahavishgarbh oil by warming it. Pl report in a week with reports for further management. Be stress free by little practice of Pranayam and Meditation.
