Help! I'm a 30 year old man and I just suddenly developed trouble sleeping. I try reading, going for a walk, even calling friends on other coasts. I've been getting three hours max a night of sleep and I want to get better! What are some strategies people can try?

If you r thinking abt something then its highly impossible to hv sound sleep. Avoid this. Do yoga every day. Avoid unnecessary thinking. Do reverse counting. This will divert your mind. Do exercise.
