Hi I live alone in pune for job purpose and my family live in my hometown 5 montha ago my girlfriend left me for another guy that came in as a shock I was in relation for last 4 yrs. Not able to absorb this shock which made me not to belive in love anymore. Going in depression and feeling lonely how to overcome all this and be confident again.

Dear, you should be able to distinguish between disappointment and depression. Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to depression but they are short lived. You went through a disappointing incident in the past and therefore you are feeling these symptoms. Don't worry. They are short lived. Secondly, don; t sit idle.
