Dear lybrate-user, good morning. To increase weight it will be better that you should regulate your proper diet. Gaining or loosing weight is by many reasons. Hereditary, life style, diets, psychological stress etc. Kindly go through that which criteria you belong. Regular timely meals give you better results apart from medicines. Take rich carbohydrates, avoid late sleep, be happy always. Take milk and milk products, nuts. Please update your diet schedule and your family history so that it will b easy to guide you.
