I am 19 year old male. I have this habit of developing strange anxieties whenever I am not doing anything or even while I am doing something. It just takes over me. For eg I start breathing manually. This used to happen for 5 mins to 10 mins in the past but this time its really bad. 14 december n still kicking. I start breathing manually n it turns to auto mode only after I start focusing on how I see things or how my different body part is positioned. I mean what? Can I just not relax anytime? Please provide me a solution doc. I take bath everyday n wake up in the morning n do not eat any junk food adding it on a sidenote. Please suggest medications.
