I m getting fat day by day, my weight increased upto 10 kg in 3 months. I am a employee and I go to work daily and there full day I keep walking and running because my work is like that but still my weight is increasing.

Dear sir, for this start these things, __ take balance diet and a lot of water daily, add good amount of salads in your daily diet. Try to avoid food containing high calories. There is difference between daily work and exercise. Spend some time to burn extra fat deposit. You also need to check your thyroid function test. I. E. T3 t4 and tsh. Tell the report and your progress to guide further after 15_20 days.
