Im 30 years old .married for 6 years. Under going infertility treatment. Both me & my husband reports are normal. I had no issues on ovulation. I had 2 iui. But not conceived. I had diagnostic laparoscopy & hysteroscopy on march. Pcos puncturing was done. After that they gave me fertility medication like letroz and cytotam, hcg injection and duphaston. Everything is normal according to ultrasound follicular study. But still not able to conceive. What is the reason? Doctors advised to do iui this time .me & my husband depressed about this infertility. Please tell me a suggestion.

Usually any infertility treatment needs lot of reports and trial of different treatments with low success rate. Usually iui is done for 3 cycles consecutively before turning to other treatment like ivf.
