Sometimes after I ejaculate about 15 mins later I get a really uncomfortable feeling around my bum and perineum area. I have to sit on the toilet for about an hour squirting little drops of pee out. Its happened my whole life on and off. Its really uncomfortable when I feel the sensation coming on im like nooooooo please not again as I know this means sitting on the toilet squirting little drops of pee for an hour until the sensation subsides.
