I was prescribed by an eye doctor brismox d and alcarex-kt eye drops for my allergic conjunctivitis for 15 days. Dosage as follows- brismox d was prescribed for 6 times a day and alcarex-kt was for 4 times a day. Now, after 10 days I am feeling fine and consulted again the same doctor. He told to continue brushing d for next 10 days bd and next 10 days od and alcarex-kt same as before. What should I do? How many days should I take the brismox-d eye drop as I heard steroid eye drops long term usage creates unnecessary side effects. Please advice me and guide me. I have to undergo a fistula surgery in next few days. Thank you.
