Rectal pain occurs mainly with external hemorrhoids. Blood may pool under the skin, forming a hard, painful lump. This is called a thrombosed, or clotted, hemorrhoid. You might also notice streaks of blood on the toilet paper after straining to pass a stool. This is interlinked with your digestive system, constipation and intestinal problems. These are to be treated together. These symptoms developed over a period of time. Very effective treatment is available in homoeopathy for this chronic problem. Many Lybrate users are taking homeopathic treatment for this. Homeopathic treatment is painless and safe. No side effects. You need comprehensive treatment and it takes some time. Please start taking homeopathic medicine, preliminary dose carbo veg 200-once daily in the morning for 5 days. Well a tiny hard lump may be a skin tag which remains there after an anal fissure heals. It can also be an indurated area in the area of fissure or else it can be a thrombosed pile mass. There is also a chance that it is a recurrent fissure, and once the fissure becomes chronic it has a hard feeling there. I would suggest you to get yourself examined by a proctologist in your area for better diagnosis. Try the following prescription for relief. 1. Avoid spices and nonveg. Take lots of fluids, fruits and vegetables. 2. Do sits baths (warm water tub baths) thrice a day. 3. Apply anaheal cream locally thrice a day. 4. Take stool softners like softolax granules bedtime with water. Do this for two weeks regards.

The small tiny lump outside anus can be skin tags, that occur secondary to anal fissure. For better treatment of anal fissure, clinical (physical) examination is very much important to check whether surgical management is necessary or not. Till then, do sitz bath 3-4 times/day and apply anobliss ointment & use any stool softener. It would be best if you visit a general surgeon nearby. (can consult me if in howrah district).
