I am a 44 year old male and suffering from diabetic for the last 7 years and taking medicine of gluformin g1 half in the morning and 1 at night after food. Can you suggest some more effective method for controlling diabetics.

You take 3 big meals n 2 small meals between 3 big meals. In morning take 1 glass of lukeworm water with 1/2 spoon methidana powder its helps to control blood sugar level. Then walk for 45 min. Tea without sugar with biscuits (digestive marrie / marrie gold) after 1 hr you take breakfast like daliya, oats, upma, sprouts. In midmorning take any fruit except banana, cheeku, grapes. In lunch take 1- 1/2 chapati, dal, salad, vegetables and curd. Then snacks then dinner n don't take rice.
