I have black spot on my teeth but I don't have any pain in that during winter times, what should I do?

The black spots on your teeth can be deposits or caries. Which can be diagnosed clinically. If they are deposits then kindly get scaling done but if it is caries then kindly get it filled before it becomes deep and painful. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.
