Respected doctor, I want to ask that does pcnl therapy use for only kidney stone removal operation and ureter stone removal also and urs therapy is also used for only kidney stone removal operation and ureter stone removal also. That bleeding is a known application in pcnl therapy used for kidney stone removal operation or not. Regardsmahesh sharma9871298944.

Pcnl means percutaneous nephro- lithotomy in which a tube is inserted in to kidney under radiological guidance and the stone is broken up in to pieces by a lithotripter in to small pieces or else it can also be used to relieve pressure in the hydronephrotic kidneys due to obstruction down below in the urinary tract. Urs is ureteroscopy where the tube is inserted through the urethera in the penis and pushed up in to ureter and kidney to break up the stone by laser.
