Okay Rahul, To loose extra weight do not take sugar,sweetened juice,fruit juice as these turns into fat.Avoid fats foods,junk foods,processed foods.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on empty stomach in the morning.Then do exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,plank,push ups,sit ups,squat.These will help you to reduce fat as well as to build muscle.Eat small amount of food.Do not skip meals.Eat watery fruits and vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Take egg white,fish,lean meat,cottage cheese,yogurt,tofu,mushroom,lentil,peas,peanut.Add healthy fat in cooking in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Take stress free rest.
