Please give more info about wwhat are you sad for, since when etc. However, sadness is like any other feeling and its normal for everyone to have some amount of sadness. Yet if iits unmanageable then it can effect day to day living and needs to be managed. A counsellor in your city will be able to help you. Besides that focus on things that make you happy, be in the company of happy and progressive people, walk in the sun, exercise, have some hobbies, outings etc. To keep up the happiness quotient high. Are you doing a job which is giving you satisfaction? if not then look for a change or balance a non satisfying job with an activity which gives you emotional satisfaction. If you feel forced to do some activity or being ina relationship which is not of your choice, then you need to change your attitude and find a positive meaning in that work or relationship. Dear , be happy! 1st check what is the reason behind your sad try to avoid the circumstances, things, people, situations for some time, which are responsible for your sadness. Find the solution! try to share your feelings with your close friends and family members to find out the solution remove the negativity from your mind, which is responsible for your sad. Practice relaxing techniques, do physical exercise, be social instead of being alone, try to attend parties where you can enjoy, listen to music.
