I had some nerve catch in my left hand 15 days back. I took proper rest and since two days felt it's healing completely. I started doing work slowly. Then a day back again I started having pain whenever I lift or put pressure on it. I have slight swelling in my palm for which I am doing an ice massage. The pain is not continuous. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. I don't know what is this and how to heal it? Please suggest.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Pain in the palm often results from a minor injury or from overusing the hand. However, hand pain can sometimes also be the result of an underlying issue, such as an infection, inflammation, or peripheral neuropathy. If hand pain gets worse or does not get better with home treatments, see a doctor. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
