I am a 25 year old female I have been constantly feeling lonely smtimes I use active means and some times the call your friends type and sometimes the sad passivity too. Im doing extra work to try n get over it even going for meditation classes but its effects are short termed I end up feeling lonely again by the end of the day. I live alone but there are lots of stranger around me. What should I do to reduce it?

You seem to be suffering from depression. Good to know that you are managing it well. You need medicine along with it. Take nat mur. 200/ 1 week, 3 times day. Homeopathy works well for it with no side effect.
