Dear sir , I am suffering from over weight due to this reason I am starting running but I am facing too much pain on legs wearing shoes also what to do sir can I take pain clear tablet?

Do proper warm up before you start and when you finish do proper cool down. Read a book called" stretching" by bob anderson. All warm ups and cool down requires stretching, this is the book which will give you all types of stretching exercises and by following your pain will vanish.
