Eat healthy foods more frequently.Take whole cream milk or milk shake.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food extra amount.Eat banana 3-4pcs/day.Use weight gainer supplement.Eat more dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,peas,carrot,beet and others.Take more dense fruits.Take extra protein and use healthy fat in cooking more.Eat nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Do exercise like swimming,skipping,push up,sit ups,yoga.Along with these play tennis,volley boll for god height.
