Dear lybrate user. These problems are arising due to imbalance of harmones in our body. If we create balance of harmones as it is before. Then you get complete recovery from the problem. So at first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don't drink water before meal for one hour and don't drink water after meals for one hour. 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid oily, junk, fast and fermented foods 6) do yogasan (pacchimottasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, halasan, bhujangasan) regularly. 1) apply paste of turmeric and garlic juice along with aloe vera juice with gentle massage, two times in a day. 2) take 3-3 tablets of aarogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals.
