Hi I want to lose my weight. I am 130 kg . I am just 36 yr old. Kindly tell me beat diet plan.

I cannot calculate your bmi as you have not mentioned your height. However you are definitely obese. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high bp also. You need bariatric surgery. To lose weight can be done only in. 2 ways. One is to control through your diet and the other is through exercise. Fix short time goals like try to reduce 1-2 kg in 15 days. This will help to retain your stamina and muscle tone & also will help to keep your weight in check. Dont give up your mind until u reach your goal.
