Even milk teeth need to be treated properly and preferably preserved till the time your child reaches the right age for the teeth to fall off. If the tooth is in such a bad condition that there is no choice but to remove it, then appliances to preserve the teeth must be put in place.

Treat it. Do not leave it. People who are saying that it ll fall on its own dont feel competent enough to treat a child. U cannot leave a source of infection in your child mouth cavities spread form one tooth to other.

Dear , I will tell you, why there is difference in thoughts of different doctor cavity in milk tooth was causing pain filling it will relieve pain but if cavity is deep then rct is only option, but due to economical cause we ppl don't do rct in milk teeth otherwise, pt. Start blaming that doctor charges 5000 for my little son with addition milk teeth is not meant to stay for that long if that particular teeth is at particular age where permanent teeth is coming to replace it then removing milk teeth is gud more ever we can lift it, if not causing pain, in this condition erupting teeth automatically lead to fall of milk teeth and if cavity in milk teeth is deep it may cause erupting teeth to erupt with cavity in it you can understand how many things to take under consideration thats why differ opinions of doctors . If you have the means I suggest fill the tooth, or rct which ever require now your child is at different age, now if u even visit old dentist, they will suggest different for more clarification please ask further.
