Respected sir, Myself Sachin 25 comp engg, my weight is upto 55 and height 5.8 ft. Sir I am having my medical fitness test at end of feb month, for government job. I need to gain some wt upto 4, 5 kgs in next 25 days. Would you please suggest me some daily food routine for me to gain weight. Like asap Thanks for reading, Waiting for reply.

Weight gain is not a single day program.But if you follow these you will be benefited.Do muscle building exercise.It will help to gain weight.Eat more frequently wit extra amount of food.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter,jam,jelly with food extra.Eat lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take unrefined food more.Take more protein in diet like fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil.Take nuts,seeds more.Use extra fain cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Take proper rest and stay stress free.These will help you.
