Sir, I am 20 years old male my height is 6 feet but weight only 55.5 kg. I do many practice to improve my weight (Like:- daily I am eat banana with milk, going into the gym and also tries many weight gainers) but no results found. I also do blood checkup but it is normal. Please solve my problem. I suffering from underweight for many years.
