Hi please try to check if you have the following problems exam tension or personal tension lack of good food lack of physical activity any abusive or bad relationship you are in then try to concentrate on your problem and correct it otherwise follow the below things to get a good sleep go for a walk or jog in the evening take a good bath with luke warm water before you go to sleep do some yoga or meditation at least 15 to 30 min per day eat healthy food at timely intervals if you have stress try to listen to some favourite music, learn something like dance or karate or foreign languages. Speak to your best friends, go out for a movie or a hangout, help others, read good books etc if you can sleep properly you won't get headache. Thank you.
