Hello. For growth healthy diet is good. Eat all green veges and fresh fruits. Eat diet rich in fiber and carbs. Its good for growth. Drink plenty of water. Include protein in your diet. You can take protein shakes also. Soya food and non veg is good for you. Take all dairy products in your diet like milk, cheese, curd, paneer. Take whole milk instead of skimmed milk. Start regular exercise. You can join gym also. There are many exercises which are good for growth of the body. You can take homoeopathic tonic alfa alfa syrup or alfa alfa malt.
