I want to quit smoking because it has a very darkside in terms of good health. If you have any good idea which can help me please reply to the question?

Quitting might be taxing if you are smoking for a long, in that case self determination won't help. You need to meet psychiatric and have medicine otherwise make a quit buddy maintain a log for urges triggers and situations it shall help you to assess and you shall be able to eradicate triggering points.
