You may underwent any injury or forceful blow on that tooth may be on your childhood.Or due to any other reason that tooth may became might developed abscess inside the root which is invisible outside. It can be diagnosed and confirmed only after an X-Ray.If so,you may need a root canal treatment and capping of that tooth.
