I hv been dng job from 6 months. I daily sit in chair for 8hrs. Nw I am getting back pain and it is increasing day by day. Pls give me suggestions and precautions to avoid back pain furthermore.

Correct you posture first. Avoid too much forward bending. While sitting your back must touch d back of chair or you can use backrest. You should do low back stretching and strengthening exercises.
