Dear Sir/mam Mujhe gas aur acidity ke problem hai Kuch bhe khane ke turant bad gas ban jate hai aur acidity ho jate hai. Digestion bahut khrab hai Khana proper digest nahi hota hai Liver problem face kar raha hu. Sir mere hight 5ft 8inch hai and waight 70 kg hai But pet bahar nikal raha hai aur waight ke hisab se. Body perfect nahi lag rahe hai whHole body growth ho gaya hai but muscle baccho jaisa hai build nahi ho paya hai please help me.

First of all avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice, soft drinks as these turns into fat. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Eat small amount of foods. Take lots of fruits and vegetables, unrefined foods. Eat fish, egg white, tofu, mushroom, peanut. Use healthy fat. Drink 3lit water/day. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups, yoga for better health. These will help you.
