Dearest sir/madam I am a 25 years old boy I always think negative since 7 months and it leads to high depression and I am really worried that It began from a day when a friend of mine asked my to help him regarding his studies and at the next the I had my own exam. I didn't get enough time to study well anyway I passed my exam but during studies I was always think that I won't study well I and I want remember that subject which I study since that I always think negative almost about everything I really want to overcome this problem I want some suggestions Thanks.

Hi you need some cognitive behavioral therapy to do reality testing of your thoughts. Its not a big problem and you will cope with it soon. One advice for time being is whenever you feel stressed or even before sleeping. Do some creative visualisation. Take deep breath and imagine yourself step by step achieving your goals. Take pride in your accomplishments.
