I m 27 years old nd my weight is 60 kg nd height is 5'2 inch. I need to lose weight nd want my body in shape. Can you please suggest whether gymming or power yoga would be suitable for me as I want to lose my weight as soon as possible? Thanks. I wll wait for d response.

Lybrate-user both are good yoga & gym but I would suggest first you lose some weight by running or jogging. Once you have your weight around 53 -55 kg, then go for gym to gain some muscles percentage.
