Hello doctor, my hair before marriage was shiny, and it had its weight and it was thick, but now after marriage as it had been only 1 years 5 months and we had not planned for a baby presently and my age is 22. So my hair now had lost its weight, its shine. And my front head on the forehead had almost empty, bald and scalp is easily visible. So what home remedy should I take. please advise me.

Diffuse hair fall can be caused by multiple causes like prior stress, prolonged illness, enviornmental pollution, nutritional deficiency and endocrinal factors. First of all avoid trauma, heat and cosmetic products on hairs, avoid use of shampoos containing sodium laurayl sulphate, take diet rich in proteins and vitamins. You can take nutritional supplements with 10mg of biotin. You can do hair massage with argan oil.
