My age is 22 years, male, My height is 5.4, I had stopped growing height since 2 years. I wanted to grow my height up to 5.7, 5.8. An ayurvedic doctor advised to take lakshadi guggul twice a day after meals. And ashvagandha powder 2 table spoons before going to sleep. Is this the right medicine and treatment for growing height. Please answer me, If there is any treatment to grow my height. Tell me. I am ready to take the treatment. Please advise me.
