I was in depression after my dad's sudden death, my mom have expired 5 yes back, now am feeling alone n world, some times want to finish myself. Please guide what I do.

Sorry for your loss of your parents bereavement is a state of feeling aroused by loss of loved one's. It's quite normal to feel sad and low and have recurrent thoughts of the deceased person, but if these thoughts continue for long period and one is unable to concentrate in work or social life, it is advisable to consult a psychiatrist for therapy. Share your feelings with someone close you might feel relieved. It's advisable to go for counseling sessions from a qualified psychologist.
