Dear sir, high blood pressure has longterm health consequences. What is important is that your blood pressure remains in control by whichever means. Its not necessary to take medicine if your blood pressure is controlled by diet, exercise, yoga etc. But if not you should continue taking medicine along with lifestyle measures.
