I have sugar. After eating the food 180 and without eating the food 120. Please suggest me how can manage sugar level.

Yes, you are suffering from diabetes as your blood sugar levels are high. Change your life style with avoiding high calorie food and drinks. Take small frequent meals and avoid junk food. Daily exercise and weight loss a good idea to follow. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly and do a hba1c test. If still not controlled then you may have to start medicines. Please revert back with reports asap.
